Casamara Club
Casamara Club was established in 2018 in Detroit, Michigan by Erica Johnson and Jason LaValla with the goal of making non-alcoholic drinks that drinkers and nondrinkers would equally enjoy.
Each botanical is extracted separately, then blended with real sugar into balanced formulas. No artificial flavors, colors, or sweeteners are used. Recipes are developed for chefs and bartenders who understand how drinks work with food: dry enough to pair, complex enough to stand alone. Today, Casamara Club is featured on all kinds of menus across the country: from fine dining to friendly neighborhood dives.
