Spanish vermouth with a Txakoli base! Mainly Hondaribbi Zuri that delicately macerates with over 20 botanicals.

Txurrut (choo-root) is distinctly Basque with a typical bright, mineral base. This can be enjoyed on its own as an aperitif or in cocktails. Great balance of bitter and herbaceous. An exciting addition to any Negroni.
